Among them, Peripheral features information including the shelter of the surrounding relief materials, Such as medicine, food, water and generator and important features of the distribution and radiation range, such as hospital, supermarket, etc.; emergency shelter is the fastest route to the shelter the optimal route, victims to an emergency evacuation and relief supplies to provide decision-making basis for fast.
Supply of Relief Materials Management.
Using GIS technology and database technology, to realize the information management of disaster relief materials, including to material classification, quantity, manufacturers, use period, the information such as the loading and unloading of the database entry, organization and query; at the same time, it can check the corresponding materials in saturated and early warning and emergency allocation shortage.
For earthquake emergency shelter of construction, as the people's livelihood engineering important content, need to human, material and financial resources and the support of all departments at all levels of coordination, only leadership attention, can the concrete construction work to implement action, coordination, clear responsibility, do all departments in the effective interaction to solve practical problems encountered in the construction.
