The die used for MF-ERS consists of a ceramic tube (alumina 99.7%) inserted in a metallic hoop.
The powder mass is contained between two water cooled electrodes (punches), all enclosed in the ceramic tube.

It is of our interest to differentiate between the coating processes and materials selected and to provide directions for further development and optimisation of coated CFR-Cu composite for special applications, particularly in high-voltage electrical engineering.
Surface engineering and particularly coating is important because it can, to a significant extent, prevent or at least mitigate degradation effects.
The materials combination Cu/Ni-P is well-known and wildly used in electrical engineering and electronics, and therefore, a lot of know-how is available.

Superdeep penetration - novel method of nanoreinforced composites producing based on metallic, ceramic and polymer matrixes O.
The basic problem at composite material creation, as a rule, is essential contradictions between engineering solutions for various stages of process.
As in such composite material chemically homogeneous material is used there should not be engineering problems with thirds stage of process.

Fig.3-7 Relation of slump flow with water using rate () Conclusion Fluid backfill materials have a better fluidity and the characteristic that is can fill itself, thus become compact structure compared to traditional soil or gravel backfill material ,it can be used extensively (such as excavation backfill engineering in structural engineering, highway engineering and pipeline engineering).
So the study on the performance of fluid backfill materials has a high engineering value.
