Numerical simulation is a powerful tool for in-depth analysis and clear visualization of complex, short-lived physical phenomena, providing valuable insights into graphical details and the influence of various factors that are difficult to observe directly in experiments [6,7].
The material properties of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy used in the numerical simulation are presented in Table 1 [11].
The temperature-dependent thermal-physical properties, including density, thermal conductivity, and specific heat, were sourced from [12].

The effects of the SEB in the electrical properties of the MOSFET are established, and the SiC damaged zone is observed by scanning electron microscopy.
All environmental constraints must be considered, and in particular atmospheric radiations representing an intense continuous flux, which have been shown to affect the overall reliability of electronic systems.
The acceleration factor compared to the ground level neutron flux is 109.
Since the device is a packaged commercial component (not a device from a bare die without packaging), and to conserve the back-end structure, the sample preparation has been based on a backside opening, followed by the mechanical grinding of the copper heat spread.

Particle size has significant effect on the magnetic properties of fine particles.
The physical properties of nanostructured ferrites are quite different from their bulk counterparts.
The finite size effect is one of the most crucial factors responsible for the superparamagnetic behavior of magnetic oxides like ferrites.
Thus, the controlled synthesis of nanocrystalline ferrites enables us to tune their fundamental magnetic properties and this feature may lead to high performance material.
Several investigators have focused their attention on Cu-Ni ferrite because copper containing ferrites have interesting magnetic and electrical properties [47, 48].

From there all changes of LEDs optical properties resulted from radiation within the mentioned above fast neutrons transfer might be considered as conditioned by active region optical properties changes of LEDs based on AlGaInP heterostructures.
It is a representation of this pattern is typical when analyzing various properties of LEDs [7].
Any LEDs are characterized by the emission power decreasing as a result of the special factors action due to the introduced additionally nonradiative recombination centers of radiation nature.

It has excellent adhesion properties, strength, chemical/corrosion resistance and low shrinkage [5].
Figure 2.3 Hot water immersion adhesion testing is often carried out on epoxy coatings to test their adhesion properties.
This is due to its excellent properties, such as good adhesion properties, resistance to moisture absorption, and good mechanical and thermal properties.
Prior studies have shown that most of these properties are compromised.

Since both pre-rolling and finish-rolling area contains slot of cross groove, the groove parameters will affect the effective regeneration of the die-plate geometry and therefore need to be taken great care.
Screw angle and friction factor influence the thread-rolling quality significantly.
However, slippery phenomena did not disappear until the friction factor was adjusted up to 0.6 and higher.
These portions are then assembled into the whole screw and the mass property of the screw can then be calculated, as shown in Fig. 4.

These factors are directly driven by the rapid development of coal industry, which also reveals a problem -- the security of personnel under mine.
The use of computer network can make a specific assessment of the mine, and mine personnel WEB network detection system can be safe in affected when timely safety tips based on, to ensure that there are appropriate timely security emergency measures in the mining process, we use the coal resources management information system in WEB network on this basis.
The equipment technology of mine coal mining information revolution not only coal industry and efficient production also has a solid security, reduce property loss.
Information technology has the advantages of clear use, the operation is simple and easy to understand, all aspects of use of adaptability, it is also the important factor to promote the rapid development of coal industry.

Since 20th century, many scholars have studied the biological body surface non-smooth surface field, finally indicated: The biological body surface has the many kinds of shapes the geometrical non-smooth structure, The various spots of the same animal body surface presenting geometry non-smooth shape are also quite different[2] The so-called non-smooth surface refers to a smooth surface at least exists in some direction causes the non- smooth effect macroscopic region surface, it exists in the system affects cuts to resistance each kind of factor.
Its mechanism is mainly to lie in that common non-smoothness property.
Wear-resistant of the non-smooth surface and its applications According to the biological evolutionism, the biology will be affected or stimulated by outside forces in the course of growth, and those outside forces may not be symmetrical or across-the-aboard cover the surface of the biology.
It is the development direction of mechanical sealing elements in the future to bring the hermetic surface into non-smooth.

However, due to the complicated generation factors, a unified understanding about the occurrence mechanism and condition of rock burst has not been formed among researchers.
So it is widely used on the research of basic properties, dynamic response, and crack growth of rock material [13-17].
Meso-scale mechanical parameters are used to characterize the physical properties of particles in PFC3D.
Meso-scale mechanical parameters can only be obtained by varying them until the macro mechanical parameters of the numerical sample match that of the laboratory rock sample.
In addition, other meso-scale mechanical parameters are set to default values.
