Research on Morphology and Phase Structure of Al/Cu Interfaces

SEM image of Al/Cu explosive cladding interface is shown in Fig. 1, it is obvious that the interface is wavelike, each wave contains front-nest, of which the average wave length is 1.0mm, the average wave crest height is 0.3mm, in a ratio of height and length is 1/3.

Finally, experiments of a variable mass cylindrical shell are adopted to demonstrate the efficiency of the two kinds of time varying parameter identification methods.

Among them, the least square method [1] is one of the most widely used methods.

The final concentration contains 3.03% nickel, 2.01% copper and 2.40% cobalt, the recovery of the nickel, copper and cobalt is 73.03%, 92.58%, 77.62% respectively.
