Abstract.
From actual measurement and analysis, shown in Table 3, it can be seen that the thickness value from simulation is very close to the actual value, with the maximum deviation of about 2.62%, in line with the accuracy requirements of engineering design.

Aluminum metal matrix composite possess properties like high specific strength and modulus, high stiffness, high fatigue resistance, good wear resistance at elevated temperatures and high temperature durability [2].The newer generation materials can be used in automobile applications like brake motors, piston rings etc. since they have a higher power-to-weight-ratio [3].Aluminum metal matrix composite reinforced with SiC and B4C particulates are a new range of advanced materials having high strength and good tribological properties [4, 6].

As design has become increasingly knowledge-intensive and collaborative, the need for computational frameworks to support product engineering is critical.
Interoperability and data exchange between engineering software applications, such as CAD, Computer-aided Manufacturing (CAM) systems and simulation software, have been identified as one of the major obstacles in the evolution of the simulation-based engineering and science [1,4].
This intent has not been captured neither in the standards listed above, nor in the advanced CAD/CAM/CAx systems modern world has produced until now.
