Besides widely used in military field, applications in many other civil areas have been applied, such as metallurgical machinery, aerospace, power petrochemical, pressure vessel, science of life, agricultural and food industry, construction and development of new materials.
Xiangqiao Yan [9] considers the heat transfer properties of composite materials has the same anisotropy as their mechanics properties a finite element formulation has been established for the three dimensional heat transfer in orthotropic materials with heat transfer differential equations expressed in heat fluid density in Galerkin’s way.
The numerical results of examples show that the heat transfer anisotropy of materials has an important effect on distribution of temperature field.

At present, the main utilization ways of CCW are production of building materials, using as chemical raw materials, mineral processing ingredients and materials for waste treatment [1-3].
However, little theory of pipeline transportation of thick-paste like materials can be referred.
Material characteristics of pumping concrete and mineral backfilling materials are different from that of CCW.
Study on rheological properties and frictional resistance of pipeline transport high concentration and viscous materials [D].

Besides the detect depth and size of karst caves required by the construction of expressway, various physical methods also have specific requirements for their applicable use such as the lithology, development degree of karst and spatial distribution, karst caves with or without filled materials, and the content of the materials.
Table 1 List of Resistivity of different materials in the study area [2,3,4,6,8,11] Materials Resistivity Materials Resistivity Carbonaceous marlstone <200 Clay, fine sand, gravel, gravelly soil <150 Dolomitic marlstone >600 Carbonaceous dolomitic marlstone <200 Limestone 200-2000 Unit: [Ω·m] 2.3 Principles of high density resistivity method High density resistivity method is based on electric difference of rock-soil mass when apply the electric current to the strata,to infer the underground spatial distribution of resistivity anomaly shapes[11].
These can be inferred that karst caves filled with high resistivity materials are developed at these locations.

It is necessary to use cross-linking agents, or blend keratin with other polymer materials to improve its processing and final mechanical properties.
The biomembrane made from keratin can be used in drug controlled release and the basic materials of artificial skin grafting because of its excellent biocompatibility[7].

Materials and Methods
Materials Soil samples were taken from forest land, grass land, arable land, orchard soil and paddy soil which are located at Shenyang Agricultural University, Tianzhu Mountain (l41° 49′ N, 123° 34′ E).
The five kinds of soil have been classified as a Type Udic Luvisols formed from yellow soil parent material.
