Based on searching and read related domestic and foreign vatious database( mainly include Wangfa data resource system, Weipu China technology journal, SCI, EI Vilage, Elsevier, EBSCO, Cell Press etc.), we find that though there are some researches on the environmental management level evaluation index system, like Chen Yaobei, Wang Xueqin [1] according to the frame model theory “ driving force—state- response”, constructs the regional environment management index system frame from the angel of the environment management process, and put forward the level standard of regional environmental management evaluation model and environmental level of management evaluation index, and they take the Chongqing district as an example.

Its basic function is to separate cells, short stems and other miscellaneous materials from grain when they come from the preliminary cleaning system.
Field tests show that this fan performs well in transporting long grass, and small prolapsed materials.
The experimental system, which can transport materials, includes a suction fan, conveying pipes, power FM (F1000—G0015S2B) and three-phase asynchronous motor.

The behaviour of the semi-solid material is complex to simulate and many approaches are proposed in the literature to represent it.
This change of behaviour allows to manipulate the semi-solid material as a solid and to fill dies easily as a liquid.
From a material point of view, it is linked to a break of the solid skeleton due to the disagglomeration mechanism.
