Powders of magnetic materials have a number of specific properties.
Such approach has the advantages of a relatively simple experiment and, at the same time, makes it possible to predict properties of powder products, determined by sizes and homogeneity of grain sizes.
A number of works have taken into account dissipative processes in the magneto-fluidized layer.

Beside the chemical composition, the wear resistance of high manganese steel is influenced by a number of factors, such as: the cooling rate of the melt in a casting mould [14], quantitative characteristics of the excess phase [15, 16] and stacking fault energy of austenite [17, 19], which determines the mechanisms of deformation transformations in this steel and formation of the hardened layer in the process of wear.
Results and Discussion After a number of experiments, we determined the chemical composition of the alloy, which provides high manganese steel with the best values of wear resistance indices after treatment with the abovementioned alloying compositions and individual alloying elements (Table 1).

That is why heating of these alloys with different chemical compositions to the temperatures of 945-1006 °С is enough to provide complete dissolving of the excess phase, which separated along the boundaries of austenite grains.

As can be seen in Fig.1, microstructure of this alloy consists of α2/γ colonies and some borides distributed along grain boundaries and phase interfaces.
At medium mechanical strain amplitude Δεmech/2 =0.45%, all stress-strain hysteresis loops during IF testing at both 800 oC and 650 oC were almost zero symmetry, furthermore, the alloy had no apparent hardening at half number of cycles to failure, i.e.
At 500 oC, hysteresis loops generated two apparent asymmetry, one was zero asymmetry, the other was tensile and compressive asymmetry, with the increase of cycling, a upper left drifting especially at the last stage of tensile peak stress cycle and the whole compressive peak stress cycle was found at the half number of cycles to failure, hardening occurred at both tensile-compressive cycling, and a significant hardening took place during tensile peak stress cycle.
A great number of dislocations were found in the sample after IF tests at 500 oC (Fig.6a, 6b), stack fault piling up and dislocation blocked at the γ/α2 interfaces, the interaction between dislocations and stack faults within the more wider γ lamellar, dislocation kinking at the γ/α2 interfaces (Fig.6c, 6d), which all were important factors of leading to the hardening on the curve of cyclic strain-stress responding.

A fine alumina with 220 grain size was used as the abrasive.
The following parameters of the geometrical structure of the samples surface were determined: Ra - arithmetic mean deviation of the assessed profile; RZ - maximum height of the profile; Rmax - maximum roughness depth; WX - maximum depth of waviness motifs; Nr – number of roughness motifs; RX - maximum depth of roughness motifs and R - mean depth of roughness motifs (Table 5, Fig. 2.).

The fatigue crack of length about 1mm from the notch root on the surface of the specimen was produced after the number of cycles of 123461, as shown in Fig. 2.
To determine the energy calibration equation in this experiment, fluorescence X-rays of Pb-Kα1 (74.9694keV) and Pb-Kα2 (72.8042keV) from a lead material and a radioisotope of Co-57 (122keV) were measured, then it was obtained as Eq.1, En = 0.0539xCH+0.7243 [keV] , (1) where, CH is a channel number of MCA.
The number of crystal grains in this gauge volume was about 6300.

Thus, a number of loadings would be applied with very high frequency to tips of a couple of compressing punches.
As indicated in Fig. 6, the fatigue limit for the usual surface-initiated fracture mode is determined as σw=1050MPa and the number of stress cycles at the knee point of the corresponding S-N curve is given as Nw=3.782×105 by applying the JSMS standard [7].

Accordingly, the slip band at the surface grain is supposed to be origin of the fatigue crack.
Main conclusions obtained in this study are summarized as follows; 1) Fatigue limit of this steel in the conventional concept for the surface-initiated fracture was determined as =1050MPa, and the number of stress cycles at the knee point of the conventional S-N curve was given as N=3.782×105. 2) Fracture surfaces of failed specimens along the sloped portion of the conventional S-N curve were carefully observed by using a SEM.

Currently, in order to reduce the programming complexity of FPGA in general-purpose computing, many FPGA manufacturers and research institutions proposed a number of programming languages and programming models based on C/C++, which are close to traditional programming methods, but different styles, such as System C[1], Mitrion C[2], Handel C[3], Impulse C[4] and DIME C[5] etc.
TCLK denotes the execution time for one cycle, denotes the number of cycles that application is implemented as pipelining method on FPGA, denotes the number of cycles for data access needed in computation process.

According to the particles theory and the compact stack model, DSP is a kind of high close-grained material through the particles reasonably accumulating and the chemical reactions in particles, and composed of 70~80% cement, 20~30% ultrafine materials smaller than cement by l~2 orders of magnitude, super-plasticizer and water.
On the other hand, ultrafine particles such as silicon ash and nano-silicon can fill the interface pores, modify the pore structure and improve the adhesion strength and the durability of the cement stone interface, and a large number of C-S-H gel can also make the constituents bond closely, which can reduce the weakness of the interfaces and improve the density of the interfaces.

Micropores and microcracks are observed even at early stages of plastic deformation, and this is attributed to the interaction between dislocation stress fields and barriers in the metal structure (grain boundaries, phase boundaries, inclusions, particles, dislocation clusters etc.), as well as to the decohesion of the matrix and inclusions due to a difference in their elastic properties.
Discussion A number of factors have an effect on magnetization reversal.
This, in turn, will entail the rearrangement of the domain structure and a smaller number of 90o domains having stronger critical fields of interaction between the 90o-domain walls and the defects [24].
As was previously shown, magnetization reversal is influenced by a number of factors, which often differ in their effect on the magnetic properties thus making it difficult to estimate the effect of each above-mentioned mechanism on magnetic behaviour.
