Fig.1 The chemical structure of GMFX
This study showed that, in HAc-NaAc buffer solution of pH5.50, GMFX antibiotics and Tb (Ⅲ) could form chelate cations, which could further form 1 :2 : 1 (Tb3+ : GMFX :AR) ternary ion association complexes by the reaction with Alizarin Red (AR) anion through electrostatic and hydrophobic interaction.
The standard solution of Gemifloxacin (GMFX mesylate, Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, purity ≥ 99%): Weigh accurately the standard 0.1000g in a 50ml beaker, dissolve with water and transfer to a 100 ml brown volumetric flask, dilute with water to the mark, shake, formulate into 1.000 mg • ml-1 stock solution, place it in the refrigerator at 5 ℃ from light.

Its mechanism is to carry out discharge of plasma in alkaline electrolyte on the surface of aluminum, magnesium, titanium or their alloy, and generate ceramic coating of oxide in-situ through complex reaction of electrochemistry, thermochemistry, and plasma chemistry etc [1-2].
There is a kind of particular structure shown in the rectangle area of fig. 3(d): it appears like disk around the micro hole.
