The development of Nb3Al wire for high-field accelerator magnet has resulted in remarkable achievements in critical current using a Rapid Heating and Quenching (RHQ) method by High Energy Accelerator Research Organization (KEK) and National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS).
Since the superconducting wires are composited, residual stresses are induced between the materials in the wire by thermal changes.
This influences the mechanical properties of the wire via the Young’s moduli of the materials.
In the latter method, methods for controlling the thermal strains of the materials in the wire already exist.

Dispersion represents the degree of dispersion between the pavement performance indicators of materials and the index of ideal optimal proportion, the greater the dispersion is and the poorer the material performance will be.
