Layup analyzing of a carbon/glass hybrid composite wind turbine blade using finite element analysis Haichen Lin 1,2,a 1Shanghai Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics, Shanghai University, Shanghai, china 2School of Mechanical & Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Second Polytechnic University, Shanghai, china ahcli@meef.sspu.cn Keywords:wind turbine blade; finite element analysis; analysis of layup Abstract: This thesis use AOC15/50 blade as baseline model which is a composite wind turbine blade made of glass/epoxy for a horizontal axis wind turbine.
Studies show that carbon fiber has high strength-to-weight ratio and resistance fatigue properties.
This small deviation will not affect the result.
Gravity scales as the cube of the blade length and as turbine continue to become larger, eventually gravity loads become a constraining design factor [9].

Fine powder is mechanical mixture of dry, fine-grained and insulating material which mainly consists of SiO2 and CaO.
Analysis and solution: It became therefore necessary to develop a powder which had the properties of both powder A & powder B, to have good surface quality as well as ensure a smooth cast.
A typical composition of starter powder are as follow (refer Table 20): Table 20: Typical composition of starter powder Basicity (CaO/SiO2) C Free Melting Point Viscosity Fe2O3 F 0.75-0.85 <1.0% 1100 C 0.9 dPa.s 14.5-16.5% 10-12% From the above composition it can be noted that the Fe2O3 content in the powder is very high in order to give it its exothermic properties.
Effect of Hydrogen: As is well known hydrogen can be a limiting factor more so in tropical climates where it tends to be higher during the monsoon .Casting powder performance can be directly affected by the increase in the hydrogen content in the steel.
Various elements of the steel affect the behaviour of the mould slag and their infiltration into the gap for lubrication and heat transfer.

Experimental results showed a maximum increase of 13.56% in the Nusselt number for a Reynolds number of 1730.Yang et al. [20] established a mathematical model of hybrid nanofluids taking into account the migration of nanoparticles, which has a significant influence on the thermophysical properties of hybrid nanofluids.

Mouthwash is an additional mechanical oral cavity cleaning method which is known to reduce oral bacterias that causes plaque build ups.
Plaques can be eliminated or decreased by a good oral hygiene and a control on periodontal diseases, by reducing intraoral nutrition and microorganism by mechanical cleaning, which are cleaning the tongue, interdental, and teeth brushing, reduction by chemicals is done by using mouthwash.3,4 Mouthwash can be used as an additional method to the main mechanical cleaning, but cannot be a replacement.
Mouthwash contains several active ingredients such as alcohol, clorhexidine and cetylpyridinium chloride which have antimicrobial and antiplaque properties so that they have the potential to reduce plaque buildup and prevent oral diseases such as caries, gingivitis and halitosis.5,8 This study uses Minosep as alcohol mouthwash product and Listerine Zero as non-alcohol mouthwash.
This may be possible because the gargling movements and the bitter taste of alcohol and sorbitol found in mouthwash affects the autonomic nervous system, resulting in an increase in salivary flow rate.
Deposits the acid agglutination factor in saliva and replaces calcium which acts to adhere bacteria to form plaque masses.18 Cetylpyridinium chloride has a broad antimicrobial spectrum, working by killing gram-positive pathogens and fungi quickly.

By 1970, the results of investigations on properties and applications of solid oxide electrolytes were so numerous as to make them very difficult to survey.
Certain factors are responsible for causing irreversibilities in the fuel cell operation which lead to a reduction in actual efficiency of a SOFC and thus a drop in open circuit voltage [3].
The above requirements cannot be satisfied only by choosing an appropriate composition, the nature of the starting powder and the applied manufacturing technique has a strong effect on the electrochemical properties of the electrode in the final assembly.
Compositions from the system (Y,Ca)CrO3 also have acceptable properties.
With an advent of significant advances in the development of new advanced materials with superior structural, electrical and catalytic properties, SOFCs can be expected to become a commercial reality within the next few years.

The main accelerating factor for the relaxation is temperature, making it a particularly important material property for connectors used in high temperature environments, such as inside the engine space in automotive applications.
In addition, the mechanism relating stress relaxation behavior to the dislocation motion affected by solute clusters is discussed.
A small piece of iron foil (8 x 4 x 0.2 mm3) was attached to both ends of the specimen in order to allow mechanical excitation of the specimen by an electromagnetic force, and to provide a means of monitoring the vibration by an induced current.
Increasing the annealing time causes a gradual decline in both properties.

Material property for closed chocks.
As the force affects on node p3 it can be calculated as the sum of f1 and f2.
To take the outcome of the analysis of 70.36 ton into account with a design load of 1.25 and allowable stress of 1.06, the real value obtained from analysis without consideration of a safety factor could be 82.78 ton.

Tectonics of the Lvivskyi basin is affected by the higher grades faultings.
Except this, process engineering solution on geological faults crossing depends on certain terms and must be assessed individually, due to the difficulty of technological mining operations in faulting zones influence and complexity of coal seam sites crossing with physical and mechanical faulting properties.
The economic assessment of required ways is given at the cost-efficiency factor calculation, as ratio of the got results toward losses, that cause them [25, 26].
For the analysis of economic assessment, the cost-efficiency factor change diagram was built on horizontal part of underground gisifier length (Fig. 3).
The cost-efficiency factor changes diagram of underground gasifier length According to the analysis of the obtained cost-efficiency factor, its value confirms the expediency of a suggested projects and process engineering solutions at massif faulting zones crossing in the Lvivskyi coal basin only for gasifiers with length that exceeds 200 m.

Introduction Severe plastic deformation (SPD) is an attractive route to produce bulk metallic materials with special – sometimes unique – combinations of properties [1].
However, more recent studies have revealed a strong heterogeneity in the kinetic properties of HAGBs in ECAP Cu and Cu-rich alloys [25, 26].
Such an idea will also allow one to correlate this process with the critical stress intensity factor of the material.
The relevant data from the mechanical tests of Dinda [40] are used here.
