It is found that the formation of perovskite structure is directly related to the content of Mn and calcining temperature.
According to Goldschmidt's law of crystal chemistry, the left-hand side of (2) is called tolerance factor.
The calculated result indicates that SFMN is supposed to have a very stable double-perovskite structure.
The double-perovskite structure of SFMN is stable under both oxidizing and reducing atmosphere.

The SEM graph (Fig. 1B) shows the morphology of the as-prepared samples is porous spherical structure composed of many particles.
They form a spherical porous structure which aggregate by many small particles.
Porous structure can be increased the specific surface area in photocatalyst.
The samples of 0.2% Ce and 0.5% Fe doped TiO2 sintered at 500oC for 2 h, XRD patterns show that the crystal is anatase and SEM pictures show the morphology is small grain of porous spherical structure.
