It is assumed that the covalent inclusion of the chromophore (azo-group) by "side-chain" or "main-chain" type binding to the main polymer chain offers considerably greater possibilities for obtaining nanostructure materials.
The mobility also depends on the free volume between the polymer molecules which is an important precondition and contributes to the production of porous nanostructure materials.

Introduction The large-radius bending metal sheets generally refer to thin parts with the ratio of fillet radius to thickness greater than 10, since the springback value is proportional to both this ratio and material’s yielding strength, springback is one of the biggest defects for this kind of parts, especially those for high-strength steel material.The displacement adjustment method (DA) proposed by Gan and Wagoner[1] has the characteristics of fast convergence and strong adaptability.
