With higher magnification, Fig. 5(b), it is possible to see the fibrils in the buriti fibers and how the lignocellulosic structure is randomly distributed with many voids and imperfections that explain the flexible behavior of the fiber.

Introduction
The superjunction (SJ) structure, has been demonstrated to improve the trade-off relationship between the breakdown voltage (VBD) and the specific on-resistance (RonA) of power devices [1].
The gas chemistry was found different in SiH4:C3H8:H2:HCl, and the input HCl/SiH4 ratio is an important factor, i.e., the void defects occur at HCl/SiH4<35 and an etched mesa (a growth rate on mesa top, RG-MT<0) happens when over-supplying HCl, e.g., HCl/SiH4>65 at SiH4=30 sccm [10].

Maybe the amount of Ce addition is relatively small, so the authors failed to find the structure of Ce compound.
