The changes of grain structures were extremely observed after 50% cold reduction.
The amounts of dislocated and twin structures were increased with the elimination of the original grain boundaries.
The microstructure was identified with an elongated and heavily dislocated grain structure, which was consist of deformation twins and banded structure.
The increment of both oxides may due to grains modification during the cold rolling process, by producing high density of defects (such as deformation twins and banded structures).

The screen was made by double screen structure to produce large amounts of ion and active species on the cathodic screen.
The phase structures on the nitrided surface were determined by theta-2theta x-ray diffraction (XRD; RIGAKU, Japan, RINT-2550V) studies.
This indicates that the duplex structure of the surface region consisted of TiN on the top followed by the nitrogen-diffusion layer in the sample treated on the mount of Cu and Ti.
This profile indicates that the duplex structure of the TiN on the top surface followed by the nitrogen-diffusion layer was formed.
Therefore, the duplex structure of the TiN coatings and nitrogen-diffusion layer resulted in the high hardness and superior wear resistance of the SACM 645 sample.

Even though no effect of microchemistry state on the recrystallization kinetics is found for C1-2 and C1-3 (see Fig.3b), its effect on grain structure becomes obvious as illustrated in Figs.4b and 4c.
Since concurrent precipitation for C1-2 and C1-3 is weak and similar, the difference in grain structure should be ascribed to the pre-existing particles, i.e., constituent particles and dispersoids.
The fact that the grains are slightly elongated for C-2 is an indication of weak concurrent precipitation, since pre-existing dispersodis are randomly distributed and should not give an elongated grain structure.
Similar grain structures and grain sizes were obtained for C1-0 and C1-2, while a much smaller grain size was observed for C1-3 due to its less effect from both pre-existing dispersoids and concurrent precipitation.
