There are academic and scientific significances and bright prospects for the application in engineering. 2) By either calculated results or measured results, we can find that the vibration frequency of the long-span steel arch bridge is much smaller than that of arch bridge built with other materials.
So in the engineering design, more consideration for the external factors such as wind load and other occasional loads should be taken. 3) The maximum displacement response occurs in the middle of the main span under vehicle load, and the maximum dynamic displacement of deck fluctuates in a range.
