It is well known fact that materials play an important role in engineering design.
Hence, designers/engineers have to take into account a large number of criteria for materials selection in order to find out the most suitable one.
Till date, the WASPAS method has only few applications, such as location selection problems, civil engineering domain and manufacturing environment [6].
It is quite clear that selection of the most proper coating material is a complex task for the engineers due to limited knowledge of the specific requirements.

Abstract.
Engineering application Product obtained by copolymerizing LS and monomers of PC has better properties in water reducing rate and strength enhancement.
The product is valued by engineering and was applied in the project of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 7.
Engineering application shows, concrete prepared by using PCL basically eliminated drawbacks which always emerged in concrete incorporating PC solely.
Engineering applications of PCL indicate that medium or low strength grade concrete incorporating this kind of superplasticizer would avoid drawbacks of honeycombs, cracking, leaking and so on, which frequently emerging in concrete using PC.

Abstract.
Introduction Shield tunneling method has been widely used at home and abroad in the subway and waterway engineering construction due to its characteristics of fast construction speed, high safety and reliability and little effect on the surrounding environment.
The small diameter shield machines of Φ2600mm and Φ2000mm have been used in the waterway engineering in our country in the fifties, the studies on the shield machine of Φ4200mm were started in Shanghai in the sixties.
Integrating the engineering experience of international and domestic contractors, the cutter consumption takes up 1/5 to 1/4 of the construction costs.

The free vibration analysis of structural elements is a common study as important as among all engineering problems and knowledge of the natural frequencies suggests the designer avoid the peak resonances which occur nearby the natural frequencies.
