After the light exposure, 0.9 mL of DI water and 0.033 mL of 2 mM ferric chloride as well as 0.067 mL of 5 mM ferrozine were added in 24-well plate and left them for 40 minutes.

Coping with the China’s low-carbon pilot city construction development strategy as well as the emissions trading platform requirements stipulated in "Shenzhen Comprehensive Reform Plan" and "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Environmental Protection Ordinance", Shenzhen established the China Emissions Exchange(CEE) in September 30 of 2010, which is a professional platform engaged in emissions trading.[1]
Achievements Obtained By Shenzhen GHG Emissions Mechanism
A GHG Emissions Trading Market.
Covered entities are mainly four types of industries, the power plant, construction, manufacturing and water supply industry.
In the initial stages of constructing a GHG emissions trading market, for lack in experience, CEE started with voluntary emission reduction, then mandated electric energy sector (mainly power generation industry), the water supply industry, large public buildings and large manufacturing emissions companies to reduce emissions, CEE is now progressing in leaps and bounds from voluntary to mandatory GHG emissions trading market.

Thus, this method was applied and carried out by measuring the contact angle of a single droplet of distill water with surface energy of 0.072 J/m2 [10] onto the substrate surface under ambient temperature 25 ± 5ºC.
The static contact angle was observed using a digital 800k USB 2.0 CCD DCAM and VIS ver7 (Professional Edition) software which allows auto calculations of the angles as in Fig.1.

Methods
60 male KM mice, male, weighing 28~30g, were randomly divided into blank group(BG), model group(MG), positive control group(this group can also be called Qianliekang),the Motherwort total alkaloids in high,medium,low dose group(these groups can also be called the Motherwort total alkaloids in HD,the Motherwort total alkaloids in MD,the Motherwort total alkaloids in LD).BG were given sham operation and the rest groups were made model according to the literature method[5-7].From the eighth day of modeling, BG and MG were given distilled water (0.2ml/100g), positive control group were given Qianliekang capsule suspension (1.5g/kg, distilled water 0.075g/ml, dose equivalent to 15 times of the clinical dosage) (0.2ml/100g), the Motherwort total alkaloids in HD,MD,LD were given in the high,medium,low dose(37.5mg/kg,18.8mg/kg, 9.4mg/kg, respectively, equivalent to about 15g crude drug /kg, 7.5g crude drug /kg, 3.75g crude drug /kg) of Motherwort total alkaloids suspension (0.2ml/10g)
