But because the critical speed is relevant with rotor’s materials, geometric shape, size, structure, supporting and working environment, and many other factors, calculation value and the actual value often exist certain error, thus increasing critical speed calculation accuracy is the emphasis of research [4].

Keywords: Meshless method, Local boundary integral equations, Functionally graded materials,
Transient dynamic crack analysis, Stress intensity factor.
The spatial variation of material parameters of the FGM can be arbitrary.
Introduction The mechanical properties of functionally graded materials (FGM) are continuously varying in position.
An alternative method to the very established and widely applied FEM is the boundary element method (BEM), which has been proven to be highly accurate and efficient for dynamic crack analysis of homogeneous and linear elastic materials [14-16].

As to the progresses of tellurium recovery in a long time was based on the second-hand raw materials such as from the anode mud of metal smelting plants as the semifinished materials when other metals produced for lacking the independent tellurium deposit resources in the world [3].
Materials and Bacterial Culture X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray probe analysis were employed in the mineralogical identification of the ores.
