Introduction
The functional tolerancing of mechanisms has now become well accepted in industry since this approach contributes to a reduction of manufacturing costs while improving product quality [1].
The functional requirement is thus expressed by the acceptable limits of an ending geometric entity related to another or to a datum reference system built from several geometric entities of the mechanism.
For a position tolerance of the cylinder axis related to a datum reference system (Fig. 2), the tolerance zone is a cylinder of diameter t, the deviation torsor comprises four components: D={tx, ty, 0; rx, ry, 0}.

Since the rubber used is almost incompressible, I3 = 1, the expression can be reduced to
(2)
The material parameter of the rubber introduced in the Ansys Workbench data properties can be expressed in terms of initial shear modulus G and initial bulk modulus K where G = 2(C10+C01) and D1 = 2/K.

A serial of isothermal compression tests were carried out at a Gleeble 3500 thermomechanical simulator in the deformation temperatures ranging from 1073 to 1373 K at an interval of 100 K, the strain rates of 0.02, 0.1, 1 and 10 s-1, and the height reduction of 60%.
During the isothermal compression, the flow stress-strain curves, which are the essential data in computation of the SHE, were recorded automatically by the microprocessor of Gleeble 3500.

Due to RCVCC (Vcc Contact Resistance) failure and other factors, the device being developed did not exhibit
repeatable yield and failed 100% site yield when using the POR clean.

Photochromic diarylethenes undergo reversible photoinduced cyclization/cycloreversion reactions between two isomers upon irradiation with UV and visible light, the two isomers of diarylethenes differ from each other not only in their absorption spectra, but in many physical and chemical properties including geometry, refractive index, as well as oxidation/reduction potential, etc [3].

The absorption in the
multilayer and the base would cause reduction of the transmission for UV, but it will be avoidable
in case of the design for SSPS which needs the reflection also for UV.

Results Analysis
According to the boundary conditions, the various data of gear is obtained.
This is mainly because that the spiral bevel gear is point contacting in contact process, the local temperature rises due to friction, and thermal expansion increases the contact area, as a result, the gear stress areas increase, leading to the reduction of the tooth surface contact stress and bending stress.

different methods, such as offset printing [13], lithography [14-16], using reduction potentials [17].
