For analyzes chemistry indicators, this study obtained the suspension of treated sludge samples by the centrifugation condition of 4000g with 20min. the concentration of chemical oxygen demand CODCr series, Total nitrogen (TN), Total phosphorus (TP), Protein, Nucleic acid and Total sugar were determined and analyzed by the standard method of “water quality analysis of national standards” using ultraviolet spectrophotometer.
