These results indicated that Fe3O4 had the spherical structure, and the average diameter reached approximately 400 nm.
PS/Fe3O4 possessed good chain structure and excellent magnetic property (Ms = 37.07 emu/g).

Structural investigation using XRD revealed that all samples exhibited a tetragonal crystal structure.
Numerous effort have been taken to produce PLZT ceramics such as wet chemistry methods [3,4], ball mill of oxide powders [5,6], hydrothermal process [7,8] and solid state sintering [9,10].
This result agrees with the theory which suggested that piezoelectric voltage of perovskite crystals such as PLZT occurred easier in tetragonal structure compared to pseudocubic structure.

When the valonia extract is used to remove H2S, it is oxidized under alkaline solution firstly, which renders big tannin molecules degrade into small quinone-structured ones with oxidizing power.
In the process of desulfurization, quinone-structured compounds react with reducing materials HS- and VO2+, and are transformed to phenol-structured compounds.

It is reported that APP-II has strongest peak at d value of 3.40, close to 3.42 in sample 4# and 3.41 in sample 5#, it is certain that when crystalline forms transfer from one form to anohter, the long chain structure of polyphosphate in APP changs, the distance between different long chain structure of polyphosphate in APP, which is interacted by plenty of hydrogen bonds between each other, has also changed, leading to its different crystalline structure.
In this process, some inpurity peaks are coexisted in the peaks as shown in table 1, it is because the transformation from one crystalline form to other require a certain time, those products which are not fully converted from APP-II to APP-V are remained as their structures originally are, or as some certain intermediate strucutres.

In laboratory experiments Thermal Analysis data were recorded and different solidification parameters were identified to characterize the inoculation effect of the carbon materials (amorphous and crystalline structure) in low sulphur (<0.025 %S) grey cast iron.
Introduction The structure (crystalline/amorphous ratio) and chemistry of re-carburizer are very important to control carbon recovery, iron quality, working environment, power/energy consumption, furnace lining life, tap-to- tap time, and alloy recovery [1].
Experimental Procedure Carbon raisers representative of the different as origins/structure and chemistry, were evaluated in laboratory conditions to assess the grey iron quality, especially for graphitizing characteristics: a) Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC), representative of amorphous carbon material (95-98.7 %FC, 0.62.5 %S, 0.5-1.5 %Ash); b) Graphitized Petroleum Coke (GPC) as crystalline Synthetic Graphite (99-99.7 %FC, 0.06-0.3 %S, 0.1-0.7 %Ash); c) Recovered Partially Graphitized Packing Coke, as granular Petroleum Coke (GPCR) (97.4-97.9 %FC, 0.05-0.10 %S, 2.0-2.4 %Ash) or Metallurgical Coke (GMCR) (83-87 %FC, 0.19-0.34 %S, 11.5-16.7 %Ash) initially used to surround electrodes in electric graphitizing furnaces; d) Resistor Coke, as by-product from graphite manufacture, where calcined petroleum coke was covered with sand to act as an insulator for the furnace wall.
The two programs are differentiated by iron chemistry, carbon materials (type, quantity, grain size), the melt temperature and the quantity of FeSi75 addition.
A homogeneous structure is also a specific characteristic of the re-carburized cast irons with the second group of carbon materials.

A double layer structure of thickness approximately 100 nm PbS + 100 nm CdS was grown.
The XRD pattern of a PbS/CdS double layer structure is given in Figure 1.
The surface structure of the PbS-CdS films was analyzed by AFM.
