Introduction While it is very important to detect crack size and shape in fracture mechanics, it is hard to measure their precise shapes and mechanical factors.
Using these approximations, we can evaluate various properties of fatigue phenomena.
In Fig. 3, b’ was defined as the length when stress intensity factors K at point D is the same as at D’.

Since the major risk of wire breakage, deflections of electrodes were affecting the performance accuracy of EDM operation.
It reports on the Micro EDM research involving the optimization of the process parameters surveying the influence of the various factors affecting the machining performance and productivity.
Micro Electrical discharge machining (µEDM) is especially suitable for manufacturing micro-components due to its thermal material removal mechanism, which allows an almost process-force free machining independently of the mechanical properties of the processed material, Yi Qin [2].
A Single parameter change will influence more significant in output performance .Hence various affecting factors the process has to understand to get optimal solutions.
Experimental results indicate that peak current is the most affecting factor in the Micro-EDM process qualities for SK3 carbon tool steel while pulse off-time had a significant interaction with that.

Processing forming is is one of the important factors of measuring material quality.
Namely, the material is not affected by the influence of the external environment, and can withstand the changes of natural factors and the desturction of surrounding medium.
Therefore, in the choice of materials, you need consider that the materials are not damaged when they are vibrated and shocked. 2) Temperature and humidity Materials have thermal expansion and contraction properties.
If the humidity is big, the metal will rust, and the plastic will not only produce rust, but also make it deform. 3) Climate Ultraviolet rays, rain, ice and snow weather are the bigger some factors affecting material.
Design is inseparable from the material, therefore, designers only have mastered and been familiar with material properties, fully analyse various influence factors , and according to the specific using conditions, reasonably and boldly choice various materials, can design novel products which conform to the trend of the times, meet people's needs.

In the course of the plant trials, a whole range of factors influencing the flatness of hot rolled and directly quenched strips was found and investigated.
By optimum application of water on both sides of the strip, a best combination of desired mechanical properties and best flatness can be achieved [7].

The crystal structure is one factor affecting the corrosion properties of metallic materials.
Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of refined grains and twinning on the corrosion properties of magnesium.
The crystallographic factors of the material have been demonstrated to exert a substantial influence on the corrosion properties of magnesium.
For confirmation that the areas related to those factors were corroded, an in situ observation experiment was conducted.
This finding indicates that the presence of twins has a deleterious effect on the corrosion properties of magnesium.

The formation of martensite affects significantly their mechanical behavior by enhancing the work hardening.
However, the material property evolution and post forming properties i.e. the properties of the final products have had lesser attention [6].
Ferritic stainless steels have good ductility and formability, but high-temperature mechanical properties are inferior to the austenitic stainless steels.
As it is established that the process conditions affect the properties of the materials in ISF the effect of property evolution on the process itself is addressed next.

In Figure 1(a), 'compression touching' represents a perceptual indicator involving various factors, such as fabric structure, yarn material properties, and surface characteristics.
A simplified model was adopted to exclude the variable factors.
The finding indicates the need for a closer examination of the factors that influence the magnitude of such inherent stress.

Effect of different ultrasonication applied on the mechanical properties and morphology of nanocomposites were investigated.
By incorporation of graphene nanoplatelets as fillers in the polymer matrices, significant enhancements had shown in some properties of polymer nanocomposites such as mechanical properties, electrical properties and thermal properties [3].
However, distribution and dispersion of nano-scale fillers in the polymer matrix are the key factors that affect the final properties of nanocomposites.
Result and Discussion Flexural properties.

To improve the mechanical properties of composite materials, we could modify both the matric and the fiber sides.
Three factors that directly affect the value of mechanical properties are the degree of cure temperature, cure time, and type of resin [1].
The vinyl ester resin has various mechanical properties, it is depending on the post-curing temperature.
Post-curing above 100 °C causes an increase in adhesion due to the complete cross-linking of Vinyl Ester resin in the joint and the increase in its mechanical properties [4].
