However, it was difficult to produce homogeneous Ti-based ductile foil brazing filler metal with rapidly solidification technology, because there are no materials for nozzle [3].
Base materials used in this study were CP-Ti Type2, Ti alloy (Ti-6Al-4V), and stainless steel SUS 630.
Table1 shows chemical compositions of base materials.

The reflection from the radiation of TI camera for various materials was presented in Fig. 4.
All materials except brass have a smooth and quite gross surface.
The estimated emissivity of various materials in this paper is in agreement with presented in the literature [14, 15, 16, 17].

Raw materials & Design: The use of sustainable and environmentally friendly materials, such as bioplastics or recycled materials, to reduce the environmental impact of 3D printing.3D printing can also enable the creation of lightweight designs, which can reduce the amount of material used, and energy needed for transportation and logistics. 2.
The use of biodegradable materials or recycling technologies can help to reduce the amount of waste generated by 3D printing.
Gathering data: The next step is to gather data on the product's energy consumption, raw materials, transportation, and other inputs.
Two major factors that can make a dent in the carbon footprint significantly are : (a) Usage of Sustainable or Recycled materials – as the building and construction industry goes through 3 million tonnes of materials, any small increase in percentage terms has a large impact globally.
