(3) The Ceramic Binders is easy to be repaired due to its hardness and brittleness.
Based on the reasons above, we choose the ceramic Binders.

Investigation into the Differences Thermal Properties of SLS Polymer Powder Materials using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) WAY Yusoff a,b , Hadi Puwantoc, M.Aichounid, Farizahanie a,c,eFaculty of Engineering, International Islamic University Malaysia b,dCollege of Engineering, University of Hail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia a,byusmawiza@iium.edu.my (correspondent author) Keywords: Selective laser sintering, polyamide-base-powder, thermal properties, differential scanning calorimetry Abstract In order to produce good functional Laser Sintering (LS) parts, it is important that the powder on the part bed surface receives a sufficient amount of power energy through the laser sintering process.
These materials include metals, polymers and ceramics.
Polymer powders are well processed in SLS over metal and ceramic due to the low processing temperature, melt flow control and high corrosion resistance [2-5].

These low density polymer/clay aerogel materials possess good mechanical properties similar to those of traditional polymer foams, can be reinforced with fibers, modified with nanoparticles, biomineralized, or converted into porous ceramics.
Further modification by mineralization, calcination to produce porous ceramics, and many other possible post-producting opportunities exist.
