Abstract.
The soil at the foot of it has high moist content, heavy cohesion and great strength, with rich vegetation besides plenty of ceramic chips.
Tests were conducted to get the physical properties of the soil after the ceramic chips and vegetation were removed and the results are shown in table 1 and table 2.

Figure 2 shows the schematic of hollow casting manufacturing that includes a ceramic shell, a core and a casting forming zone.
Initial conditions reflect the temperature of the poured metal and shell with a ceramic core .
A differential equation of motion is used to simulate melt pouring to the ceramic shell and calculation of heat-and-mass transfer.
