Results of CDB investigations (a) ratio curves (related to the well annealed Al) for the glass samples studied; (b) ratio curves (related to the well annealed Al) for the glass samples studied compared with the curves for reference samples of Fe, Mn, Si and Al2O3; and (c) ratio curves (related to base glass 16Na2O/10MnO/74SiO2) for the glass samples studied.
Ratio curves related to well annealed pure Al (99.999%) reference are plotted in Fig. 2a and are very similar for all samples studied.
Since all ratio curves in Figs. 2a and 2b are related to pure Al, the shape of the ratio curve for the Al2O3 sample corresponds to positrons annihilated exclusively by oxygen electrons.

Arda et al. investigated the torsional behavior of elastic CNTs in several case studies [10, 11] with using nonlocal elasticity theory.
Fatahi et al. [12] used the doublet mechanics model in torsional analysis of CNTs and nonlinear coupled axial-torsional vibration of CNTs with homotopy perturbation method [13].
El-Borgi et al. [26] used the strain and velocity gradient model for the torsional analysis of viscoelastic CNT.

If brazing bimetallic Cu-Al material is used like a similar process to brazing a single type of material, which can to be realized but are still needed some extra precautions.
NOCOLOK flux is produced in the liquid phase using Al(OH)3, HF and KOH like raw materials.

Introduction Transition-metal-based phosphorescent materials are of great interest because of their potential application in efficient electroluminescence (EL) devices[1-3] on account of these materials’ potentiality of achieving an internal quantum efficiency of 100% with the application of triplet irradiative emission.
Because of the advantages of these materials, most transition-metal-based complexs have been reported, but quite a few Os(II) [4,5],Ir(III) [6,7] and Pt(II) [8] complexes have been reported to be very effective materials in EL devices.

The large active area SBDs had an as-deposited Al contact as the ohmic contact.
We observed electro luminescence (EL) from the back of the Schottky contacts to identify the catastrophic defects.
In EL measurements, we confirmed that destructive breakdown occurred at the edge of the Schottky contact for most of the (000-1) SBDs, Fig. 3 Reverse current-voltage characteristics of 0.25 cm 2 (a) (0001) and (b) (000-1) SBDs.
