Introduction
Ni-based superalloy is widely required for high temperature applications, the oxidation behavior of this materials becomes one of the predominant life limiting factors for high temperature application [1].
However, pack-cementation aluminizing processes need to be carried at a relatively high temperature(above 900˚C) for a long time, which may cause serious deterioration of substrate materials.
Experimental The experimental material for this study was Ni-based superalloy GH586.
