According to a progress in nanotechnology and material science, new technological methods have been developed to fabricate nanostructured ZnO templates with high surface area and advanced properties for biosensors.
The film materials obtained by the spin coating method were annealed at a temperature of 500 degrees.
At (d) we can see the grain of material and its growing.
The use of materials which much less susceptible to oxidation can contribute to the further development of sensory technologies based on nanostructures doped with cerium.
