Introduction
Low-dimensionality materials and especially the so-called one-dimensional (1D), like nanowires,
have stimulated great interest due to their importance in fundamental scientific research as well as
potential technological applications [1-2].
SiC NWs combine the above properties of 1D materials with that of SiC and electronic devices based on SiC nanowires are expected to present concrete advantages in terms of dissipated power, stability and high voltage operation in comparison to their Si (Ge) counterparts.
In addition, we simulated Si nanowire devices with the same geometry, and under the same bias conditions to compare the current characteristics of these two materials.

It must be emphasised that remelt plants usually hold several possible sorted and separated materials to choose from when producing extrusion billets, in addition to primary aluminium from the electrolysis process, and different types of master alloys.

They describe the sheer volume of materials found by his research team which relates to the emergence of the different aspects of CSR that dates back to 150 years as epitomising the history of the enterprise and argues further that any attempt to roughly recount or rewrite the history of the corporate social responsibility will require attention to broad social, political and economic changes along multiple dimensions [34].

In addition to the commonly present materials in silicon ICs, other materials such as ceramics and most recently carbon nanotube(CNT)arrays are also being incorporated into MEMS.
It is then clear that further development, in terms of new MEMS materials and new technologies, is needed to minimize these difficulties [4, 9].
An economical way to deal with higher temperatures and other aggressive environmental conditions is to build MEMS sensors out of robust materials(e.g.

The concept of "green building" is given by Green Olympic building assessment system in China as: the maximum energy, water, land and materials saving; minimizing water, gas, liquid and solid wastes in the atmosphere.
Saving water encourage using water-saving equipment, changing patterns of water and water price lever to adjust, reduce water consumption.Saving material refers to adjust and optimize the industrial structure, backward technology and products, improve labor productivity, reduce resource consumption; Development of high strength, high performance materials; Developed light and light aggregate concrete, reduce weight, saving raw materials; Actively developing chemical building materials, energy saving, wood, steel section; In the building with light steel structure system, reduce wood, dosage of cement and gaping adobe, protect the environment.
Thirdly, set up special standard, encourage the use of new energy and renewable energy, to encourage energy saving materials such as containing the use of high-grade imported titanium white composition of building materials, encourage the use of energy-saving measures such as cogeneration, comprehensive promote the sustainable development of large buildings within the whole life cycle, large buildings to the development of green building.
