Abstract.
Execution unit uses a piezoelectric ceramic to overcome the thread friction.
The voltage that drive the piezoelectric ceramics is in -300V~+300V and change with the input signal between -10V~+10V.

Abstract.
The effects of magnetic abrasives on finishing force, grinding efficiency and surface roughness were discussed, and it was proved that the MAF process using an alternating magnetic field can achieve ultra-precision machining of ceramic workpieces.
