The ball milling has been achieved under air, based on the results of Léon et al. [15] on air-exposed magnesium films, and Rietsch et al. [16].
The efficiency of the milling in presence of benzene has been reported by Imamura et al. [12].
This effect was reported by Reda et al. [14], which explain it by the formation of magnesium complexes with dielectric constant dependence stability.
A lateral interaction between hydrogen and carbon during a long milling was also reported by Takasaki et al [17].
