Introduction
Metalorganic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD) is currently one of the most important techniques for coating materials in various applications, such as thin film solar cells [1].
A strong decrease in materials utilisation with increasing flow rate is expected for kinetically limited growth where the deposition rate will depend on concentration and not on the molar flow rate.
Thus, it is clearly indicated in Fig.6 that using smaller total flows and higher precursor concentrations may be effective when considering the efficiency in materials consumption.

Equipping Materials Selected.
Some equipping materials reserves enrichment in nature and belong to reuse or recycle resources.
But some equipping materials reserves ability in nature and belong to non-recycle and non- reuse resources.
Among them, the sustainable ability of its own material consumes mainly embody in whether the equipment have choose the material such as a series of non-renewable or not sustainable materials that supplied with valuable metal or Scarce material, etc.

This sort of heat distribution may often yield a residual stress which will certainly affect the mechanical and/or corrosion properties associated with materials during service.
Hardness results beneath the surface of the material remained the same in both cases.

The refined crystalline grains restrain the nucleation and expansion of micro cracks on grain boundary, which prevents materials from falling off in form of grain.
In this way, particles can inset in the matrix in a longer time, and particles can protect materials in the friction process well.
