Of the characterizations for these carbon materials, morphology investigation is very important, which would provide with structural characteristics and help to evaluate the materials.
Since invented in 1980’s, SPM has been widely used to investigate the micro-morphology of all kinds of materials such as solid films, life tissues, powder, bulk materials and composite materials, etc[5-7].
The physical and chemical properties of the materials have been studied and corresponding research results have been submitted to other journals for publication.

Introduction Porous materials [1, 2] are the materials contain pores (voids) which are connected or closed.
Porous materials are commonly found in nature and industrial materials such as manufactured metals with an number of pores to reduce weight, save materials, and increase heat retention.
Porous materials are used currently in many areas of applied science and engineering.
Ordnance material science and engineering.

Modern product design, material selection of expanded, not only a natural material, there are a lot of modern science and technology new material synthesis.
Material is the material basis for the design and the carrier, is the important aspect of science and technology research, design materials by comparing single wood, ceramic, glass, metal to the increasingly rich plastic and composite materials for the product design opened up a broad heaven and earth.

Along with the development of science and technology, boron nitride materials are made into coating widely, put it in the surface of metallic materials or non-metallic materials, can extend their service life significantly [1].
Surface engineering technology has became a comprehensive subject involving materials science, tribology, surface physics, chemistry, mechanics, material failure and protection, corrosion and protection, optoelectronics.
It has high reaction melting point, avail for coating of high melting point materials; 2.
The characteristics of the chemical vapor deposition Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) applied most widely in semiconductor industry for depositing a variety of materials , including a wide range of insulation materials, most of the metal material and metal alloy material.

Thus, R&D activities are defined as follows: Research is the original planned investigation that seeks to discover new knowledge and a superior understanding in the scientific and technological field, and development in the application of the results of the investigation or of any other type of scientific knowledge in the manufacture of new materials or products or in the design of new processes or production systems, as well as for the substantial technological improvement of pre-existing materials, products, processes or systems.
As can be seen in Table 1, very diverse journals have been selected by the students, although two of them stand out, Procedia Engineering and Journal of Materials Processing Technology, both with 14 papers selected.
