Although the research and application of scaffold materials for tendon tissue engineering has achieved some success, but the application materials or the presence of biocompatibility, degradation problems or have poor mechanical properties, machining molding defects, there is still a big gap between the ideal scaffold materials.
At present, domestic and foreign scholars are from two aspects of basic and applied widely on the research and development of polylactic acid shows, with the gradual combination of research of biomedicine and materials science, poly lactic acid materials in medical field will become more and more widely used.
Therefore, the development of synthetic materials and modified natural materials, make it become accord with the requirements of ideal scaffold material is an important research direction of tendon tissue engineering.
With the continuous development of life science, material science and cooperate closely, the in vivo tissue engineering will make an ideal tendon substitutes, treatment of sports injuries has become more and more simple, it will be many athletes of the gospel.
