Research on the regional stress field of underground powerhouse at the right bank of Baihetan hydropower station Qing Zhao1, Xianlun Leng2, Xiang He1 1School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Wuhan Polytechnic University,Wuhan,430023,China 2State Key Laboratory of Geomechanics and Geotechnical Engineering, Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan 430071, P.
This method has wide application and used widely in engineering to analysis the distribution of ground stress field.
Therefore, the geostress field distribution in the engineering site of Baihetan hydropower station can be fitted effectively according to the statistical regularity of stress field and the test results of Baihetan hydropower station.
The topography of engineering area is complicated, which has higher regional stress , complex geological conditions, developed F14, F16 and F-17 faults, various faulting belts, columnar joints and other adverse geological structures.
The deduction analysis of the stress field in the engineering area based on the statistics of the measured data Regression fitting of the measured geostress.
