It is mainly reflected by: supporting policies for industrial design companies only covering rent and tax reduction; unclear theme of industrial design parks; most advertising/planning/creativity/software companies and less than 1/5 purely industrial design companies; limited service functions to these parks, only including basic living services such as property management and catering; weakness in integrated environment and brand recognition of these parks; no direct effect on the business development of companies settled in these parks.

In particular, intensive radiative heat flux from the inner regions of the porous media results in abrupt drop of gas and solid phase temperature in the vicinity of outer burner surface as well as in reduction of burning velocities of the flames stabilized near the burner outlet.
The results obtained in this work qualitatively agree with experimental data and provide explanation of the excessive radiative flux form the porous burner demonstrated in [6].

Statistical analysis
