About 8 million tons residue wastes come from pulping alkali recovery of non-lumber fibrous materials every year.Paper sludge is one kind of residue wastes.
Materials and methods Sludge origin.
The results showed that organic material content was high,pH value was in a neutral level, metal elements were varied.

Introduction
Concrete material is widely used in many engineering fields, such as construction project, traffic
engineering and bridge.
Material properties of concrete are greatly improved and load bearing conditions are more complex [1].
The specimen is made using plain concrete material and three-point bending experiment is used.
