The backup materials can be low melting point metals and alloys.
After separating the coating from its master mould and remove the backup materials, a part with thin-wall can be got.
Because of low temperature, the materials to manufacturing master moulds can be chosen in wide range.
Those easy machining materials such as copper and aluminum can be chosen. 4.
Many kinds of master mould materials such as 45 steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum be chosen in experiments.

Fig. 3 shows the TGA curves for the reduced and impregnated bio-solid charcoal impragneted with bio-oil substrate obtained from the pyrolysis process. 2.2.2 SEM : A scanning electron microscope of Karl Zeiss (EVO50 XVPSEM, Germany) was used to analyse the morphological images of the bio-solid sample materials.

These findings confirmed the used of binary combination as excellent topological insulators (TI) materials [7-9].
Our results show that, both Bi2Te2Se and Bi2Te2S are direct band gap materials with the approximate gap values of 0.103 eV and 0.989 eV respectively.
