With the emergence of the LIGA and UV - LIGA technology, all kinds of metal, ceramic and polymer replacing silicon and silicon compounds have become the commonly used materials in MEMS.
With the development of MEMS technology and the extensive applications of the MEMS devices, it is required that the MEMS materials can have good mechanical properties to adapt to the harsh environment.
The system is capable of dynamic and static tests for a variety of materials and components.

Another accepted method of the composite materials manufacturing is the in situ synthesis method.
A considerable part of such materials are composite materials based on aluminum or its alloys with a unique combination of physical and mechanical properties [1, 2].

The J–C model constants are readily available for common metal materials in machining such as steels, aluminum alloys, and titanium alloys.
The J–C model can be expressed as the following equation: (1) Where A, B, C, m, and n are five materials constants.
