As the spark jumps across the gap, material is removed from the work piece.
Experiments are conducted using tool as Zinc coated wire of 0.25mm diameter and D2 die steel is used as the work material for the present experiment.

All tests are conducted in accordance with the British Standard (BS 1377) [20] and American Soil Testing Materials (ASTM) [3].
The compacted materials decrease the pore volume, which produces a stiffer structure, higher shear strength and reduces the settlement value.

Additionally, SMAs demonstrate much better wearresistance than traditional wear-resistant materials and they are viewed as a kind of future wearresistant materials in surface engineering.
Indentation tests have been conducted for over one hundred years to measure the hardness of materials [8].

During the calculation, the dosage of cement is transferred to the dosage of fly ash by mass, the difference on density of these two materials does not considered, which results in the total volume of binder (i.e. cement plus fly ash) expands over the initial volume of cement before replacing.

However, the depletion trend of good quality material is observed from several reported material problems such as pop-out aggregates or the stained area or map cracking in some large concrete slab.
The use of uncertain quality material appeared to be unavoidable.
The results of cored samples from the same set of cracked structures indicated the complexity of ASR problems which is influenced by several factors; nature of materials, process and environmental conditions [2].

Coulomb postulated that a shear fracture occurs in isotropic material, if the maximum shear stress is reached.
It and its many variants have been applied to rock, concrete, and other pressure-dependent materials [8]

Recently, Cold Spay Method (CSM) for metal materials has been focused attention in the field of thermal spaying coating, however, in ceramics materials, has not been succeeded.
Different materials were successfully deposited on metal, glass and Si substrates.
Results of hardness measurement indicate that deposited layers exhibits mechanical property close to that of bulk materials (and for PZT and AlN deposited layers overcome hardness of bulk material), that means that hard solidification occurs not only on oxides but also on nonoxide materials during deposition.
Melting points of ceramic materials are higher than that of metal materials.
Reduction of crystallites size was observed after deposition for ceramic materials.
