The genetic analysis 16S rRNA analyze revealed that this strain belong to Pantoeagenus sharing a 97% of identity with Pantoeaagglomerans strain (Pradel et al., 2014 unpublished).The tolerance level or MIC assay of LMAE-2 showed that this bacterium is able to resist concentration of Cu (II)higher than 7mM (Fig 1).
