Therefore, SnS can be potentially used as photovoltaic materials.
The same method deposition was used for the preparation of semiconductor materials SnS and SnS2 [31].

Microstructural Analysis of Granular Metal-Ceramic Composite Materials of Matrix Type M.A.
The cluster structure of microphotographs of the metal-ceramic composite materials surface samples has been analyzed.
In this regard, the study of the mechanical and micro-structural characteristics of the materials obtained is important and relevant for predicting the physical and chemical properties of these materials.
Of great interest is the study of the fractal properties of materials and the cluster analysis of microphotographs.

All the four oxide materials are deposited on to the surface of SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) devices to impart sensitivity and selectivity.
The SAW devices coated with different oxide materials were placed in the feedback loop of colpitt oscillator.
In the present work different oxide materials are coated on to the surface of SAW devices for the enhanced detection of DBS.

FEM Simulation and Experimental Results Effects of Material Thickness.
However, the increase of the material thickness and the decrease of hole-flange forming ratio, resulted the material was difficult to move downward.
The material thickness affected the bending feature and material stretching and these effects could be theoretically clarified on the basis of stress distribution analysis.
As the material thickness increased, the effects of bending feature and the material stretching increased resulted in the crack formation was easily generated.
