Such tasks can be solved through the development and creation of new composite materials by means of combining the existing raw materials or by means of using secondary raw materials based on industrial wastes from regional enterprises.
The of scope of the rational spheres in which polymer-cement materials are applied is not yet complete, since it is a rather young type of construction materials.
Applying local secondary raw materials for the compositions of FTPS opens a new spectrum of spheres where they can show themselves better than the traditionally used materials for waterproofing and corrosion protection of construction materials and structures.

The Chinese Kaolin from the province of Guangzhou is used as the raw material and modified to prepare the ion-exchange materials.
Materials and methods material Preparation.
The total CEC was measured by sodium cations displacement from the sodium-form materials by ammonium cations.
Then the ammonium cations was displaced from the materials by potassium cations.
