Conclusions have been obtained as follows: The organizations of the welding joint include base material, recrystallization zone, overheated area, fusion zone and the weld zone; the hardness tendency of the weld joint is depicted as M-shape with the softest point located at the center, and the hardest is located at the overheated zone; the annealing treatment can enhance the weld joint hardness mainly at the center, and the hardness of other zones change little.
B Heat-affected zone microstructure analysis The heat affected zone of weld joint with the material of TA2 includes incomplete recrystallization and overheated zone.
Conclusions The organization and the mechanical property of butt weld seam welded with the material of TA2 have been analyzed in this paper, and the conclusions have been obtained as follows: (1) The organization of the heat affected zone includes base plate, recrystallization zone, overheated zone, fusion zone and weld seam zone with the hardness distribution as M-shape during the weld zone. (2) The hardest position locates in the overheated zone where the lath β-phase grains are precipitated in coarse grains of α.

The results show that selected N2 gas sprayed and increasing the gas velocity would be raise adhesive strength of the spraying coating, and provides theoretical evidence for choice of spraying materials and control in HVAS.
