And taking into account the performance of forming materials, the screw of tapered groove is elected [4-5].
If machine high viscosity material or have a relatively slow screw rev, the value of β can be an absolutely maximum; contrarily, if machine low viscosity material or have a relatively high screw rev, it only can use a small one.

Effective Medium Model The effective medium model treats inhomogeneous composite materials as homogeneous materials by introducing some so called effective electro-magnetic parameters, which means the properties of composite is the same with the homogeneous material only if the electro-magnetic parameters of the homogeneous materials equal the effective parameters of the composite[4,6].

For example, the material removal rate (MRR) is poor and electrode wear ratio (EWR) is great, etc.
This is because that in the EDM machining processing, it is relying on locally transient high temperature generated by pulse discharge to melt or vaporize metal to ablate materials, and each discharge will leave a small crater on workpiece surface, its size and depth are related to the single discharge energy.

Certain specified properties of cement-containing building materials can be obtained by using various additives (fillers, modifiers), both artificial (for example, carbon materials, other fine and ultradispersed powders) and technogenic (sludges, slags, etc.) origin [5].
