Abstract.
Acid activation treatments increase the surface area of the clay minerals by disaggregation of the clay particles, elimination of several mineral impurities and removal of organic materials.
Experimental 2.1 Materials and measurment Attapulgite clay was obtained from Jiangsu Xuyi Jiuchuan Technology Co., Ltd. 3-Aminpropyltriethoxysilane (KH550), was obtained from Nanjing Xinhuai Reagent & Instrument Co., Ltd. sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid were used as received.

Abstract.
Experimental procedure The alloy ingot was produced by melting the raw materials, including pig iron, scrap steel, ferroboron (17.6wt%B), ferrosilicon, ferromanganese (65wt%Mn) and ferrochrome (63wt%Cr), in a 50kg intermediate frequency induction melting furnace, and the chemical composite is shown in table 1.
The hardness of material was tested on the HR-150A Rockwell hardness tester.
