Micro-hole processing with laser has the mechanism that laser with high energy density after focused is irradiated to the materials, the materials absorb heat to meltage and gasification in a short time, and at the same time, the instantaneous gas produced in the high pressure rapidly expands and forms explosion flow to take molten materials sputter out rapidly, so as to form the hole.
The paper is in the view of the actual processing conditions in the micro-hole processing with laser, in order to effectively simulate hole processing of heat transfer, and the following conditions are assumed[1-3]: 1) Laser beam presenting Gaussian distribution in space; 2) The thermal physical parameters of materials stabilizing with temperature; 3) Ignoring the phenomenon of melting in micro-hole processing with laser, and considering only materials gasification; 4) Irrespective obstruct of gasified materials to laser beam.
And in the actual process, because of part of the material in the molten state, this part of the materials was excluded from the hole due to recoil air pressure, some still continue to carry a quantity of heat to stay in the holes.
