Due to complex operation conditions, the material of pump shaft should possess proper microstructure and good mechanical properties.
It can be seen that there is no Mn and overlow Cr in the material that doesn’t qualified with the relative standard.
Discussions In view of the material, neither chemical composition nor mechanical properties accord with relative standards, so the material was assumed to be misused.

In material ways, ceramic as a new engineering material has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other special excellent properties that metal materials cannot match, but its brittleness and poor fatigue resistance and being sensitive to stress and crack, and difficult to processing, make its application is limited.
