Industrial water jet has a wide working pressure range, therefore the nozzle materials of water jet are various.
The working pressure of the industrial water jet is comparatively higher, and commonly used nozzle materials are blue diamonds, red diamond and diamond. [8] Blue diamond, whose using life is about 50 to 100 hours on a good water quality condition and lifetime is half of it when adding sands to water, is one of the most commonly used material, is artificial single-crystal gem and is good at jet quality.
